Music-Experience-Week 2025
Review

Music Experience Week 2025 took place in Schwaz from 7 to 11 July, taking 16 children aged 8 to 12 on a journey of discovery into the complex connections between people, music and technology. Together, they explored how technological developments — from simple tools to machines and artificial intelligence — shape our everyday lives and music. Mornings focused on musical inspiration and workshops where the children built, experimented with, and tried out different things.

The afternoons offered different approaches to the topic. A particularly memorable activity was the trip to the radio exhibition at the Zeughaus in Innsbruck, where the children marvelled at historical devices, learnt about the history of radio and developed their own radio play from start to finish. On another day, an interactive puzzle rally through Schwaz encouraged movement and cooperation, while free playtime provided balance. By the end of the week, the children had gained new insights into the connection between music and technology and had had many personal experiences.

We are looking forward to the Music Experience Week 2026!
