In “Solo for One,” the concert becomes a deeply personal space. In 15-minute slots, a single musician plays for an audience of one — an intimate moment that liberates music from any distancing effect of the stage. In carefully chosen rooms across Schwaz and Innsbruck, a concentrated act of listening emerges that isn’t mediated, but shared: direct, unfiltered, close. The participating artists — from Loré Lixenberg and Ty Bouque to Florentin Ginot and Marco Blaauw — bring their own unique musical language to the table, turning every one of these miniature concerts into a one-of-a-kind event. “Solo for One” follows the festival’s conviction that the music of our time should be made accessible and tangible in the widest possible variety of ways: sometimes overwhelming, sometimes nearly a whisper, like a secret entrusted to just one person.
